| Exhibit Booth Price: $2095 per 10'x10' booth space $500 per 5'x10' small business (less than 100 employee) booth (21-24)
When you purchase a 10x10 booth at SPACECOMM 2009, you receive:
- 1 10'x10' Booth Space on the Exhibits Floor at SPACECOMM. - Pipes and Drapes on 3 Sides of the Booth (modified as required). - 1 6' Table (draped), 2 Chairs, 1 Waste Can. - 150 Word Company Profile in the 11th Anniversary SPACECOMM Program - 4 Free Exhibitor Badges (Additional badges are $200 each) - Participation in all breaks and Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions which take place in the 30,000 square foot Broadmoor Hall (exhibit hall)
If you need other items or services from the Broadmoor (i.e. electical outlets, internet connections, telephones, etc), you must coordinate those through the Broadmoor (Jimmie Fox, 719-577-5783, jfox@broadmoor.com).
If you need other items or services from Freeman Decorating (i.e. equipment delivery, additional exhibit support, etc.) you must coordinate those through Freeman (T Phan, 303-316-3741, t.phan@freemanco.com).
To purchase up to 6 booth spaces at SPACECOMM 2009, please do the following:
1. Review the floorplan located at "Floorplan". 2. Select 1 to 6 open booth locations that would work for you. 3. Follow the directions on the site to establish an account. If you have any questions, send an e-mail to Patricia Gallardo, pgallardo@co.trawick.com ***Exhibitor company write-ups (150 words or less), logos and web site addresses will be displayed on this web site as soon as they are received. If you submitted a write-up last year, it may already be posted to the site and all you need to do is review it. If not, please e-mail it to Patricia Gallardo at pgallardo@co.trawick.com as soon as possible after registering for your booth(s). Write-ups must be received NLT 19 December 2008 to be included in the printed Program.
*** Each 10x10' booth comes with four (4) Exhibitors badges allowing full access to the exhibit hall during all exhibitor hours, including the Evening Reception meals. Additional Exhibitors must pay $200 at the registration desk, or prepay before the symposium starts. For Breakfast and Lunch meals, Tickets must be purchased separately or an Attendee Registration must be purchased! |
